When employing a training supplier, make sure they exhibit a deep understanding of your industry, business model, challenges, strategy and the day-to-day reality where participants operate.
2. Do they customize their content?
Unfortunately, I see training that is customized. Generic, one-size-fits-all case studies or role plays from a different sector are still common practices in classrooms throughout the planet.
Customization is key to successful learning unless participants can connect the learning to their day-to-day, and practice in a safe environment before heading out іntо thе rеаl wоrld. How can we expect them to carry out any better after training has taken place?
When picking, insist that any training provider you select customizes core components of the training program such as case studies, role plays, examples and terminology.
3. Do they provide a learning trip?
Learning isn’t an event. Most of what participants learn in a classroom is forgotten with days or even weeks. Based on ES Research, 97 percent of all sales training does not have any impact beyond 120 days.

Top-ranked training suppliers dot simply suggest you measure progress over time, they insist on it. They see that the true value they provide ist in how great their training is is in just how great the results are.
